Our priority is to provide you with a seamless delivery experience while ensuring the safety of your valuable belongings. To achieve this, we kindly request that any items in the delivery path be cleared to prevent any potential damage by our delivery team.
Have you measured all doorways, hallways, stairwells, elevators, or any other points of access to ensure that the furniture being delivered will fit into our home?

Will there be someone over the age of 18 present at the time of delivery to accept the merchandise?
In order to fulfill our insurance requirements, our delivery drivers will need a signature from an individual aged eighteen years or older.
Is your existing furniture going to be removed from the room before the delivery takes place?
Ensuring compliance with insurance requirements, our drivers are not authorized to remove, disassemble or relocate your existing furniture or electronics.
I understand that if a Mattress and Boxspring were purchased, Mattress and Boxspring removal is on a piece-for-piece basis and the pieces being removed are free of stains.

Due to health and safety concerns, our drivers reserve the right to refuse to handle heavily soiled or unsanitary items. Removal is for mattress and boxsprings only and does not apply to adjustable bases, bed frames, or any other type of furniture.
You will receive an automated reminder call, text, and email the night before your delivery with an estimated 3 hour window of time. Please keep in mind that this is only an estimate and may change due to unforeseen delays. If this happens, we will do our best to notify you of your new time.
Our Delivery Team will open, set up your furniture in your desired room and will remove all packaging materials.
